Vaccination certificates for visitors and exhibitors

Health and safety is Stockholmsmässan’s top priority. On December 1, 2021, the organizers of public gatherings and events received additional requirements from the authorities in a bid to reduce the spread of COVID-19.

The aim of the new infection control measures, requiring vaccination certificates and valid ID from participants, is to allow organizers to hold an event in a safe manner without major restrictions being imposed. Exhibitions are also subject to extra infection control requirements, which Stockholmsmässan follows in full.

Stockholmsmässan has introduced vaccination certificate requirements for our visitors and exhibitors at Stockholmsmässan’s events. The decision to introduce vaccination certificate requirements is part of the work to prevent the spread of infection, protect life and health, and create safe events. The decision applies until further notice at all exhibitions organized by Stockholmsmässan.

You can download the vaccination certificate at covidbevis.se. The requirement does not apply to people under the age of 18. People who cannot have the vaccination for medical reasons should be able to present a doctor’s certificate instead.

The following applies to vaccination certificates:
• only vaccination certificates are valid (not test certificates or recovery certificates)
• the vaccine must be approved in accordance with the regulations of the Public Health Agency of Sweden
• the person must have received the right number of doses to be deemed fully vaccinated
• 14 days must have passed since the last dose (not applicable to booster dose)

You must be able to show valid proof of identity.
Stockholmsmässan will accept an EU Digital COVIDCertificate.

Stockholmsmässan has a good level of preparedness and, in the past 18 months, has developed new procedures, including working with other major exhibition organizers in Sweden through our “Vi ses säkert! (Let’s meet safely!)” project. We are also COVID-certified in accordance with “COVID-19 Compliance”, which is an international standard.

We look forward to meeting our guests this spring!
