Order in good time – save money
For the best possible service from Stockholmsmässan and to be sure of getting the products and services you need – order in good time. This will allow us to deliver services of a higher quality and will also save you money.
If you order no later than February 15th we reward you by offering the lowest price for construction and stand equipment. Orders received later are subject to a 30% surcharge on the price up until the moving-in date. If you order during the official moving-in period or the actual event, a 50% surcharge will apply.
The surcharge applies to all products priced in the catalogue Event Services 2012 - Our products and services. However, prices for plants, wireless Internet connection, parking permits, exhibition insurance and stand catering are not affected.

Height Exposure
Increase your visibility by exhibiting over the space limit!
Height exposure means that your stand construction or other items such as signs, advertising pillars, decorations etc. exceeds 2,5 m.
Lighting, for example a light girder, without any advertising material is not considered as a height exposure.
Constructions over 2.5 m must always be approved by Event Services and your neighbouring stands. Remember to enclose your dimensioned drawings.
Constructions exceeding 2.5 m cannot proceed until you have got a written permission from Event Services. The price for height exposure is SEK 4,000.
Apply to Event Services by 6 February for exhibitors in the Bravo and Charlie Hall and by 14 February for exhibitors in the Alpha Hall.
