Order in good time – save money

For the best possible service from Stockholmsmässan and to be sure of getting the products and services you need – order in good time. This will allow us to deliver services of a higher quality and will also save you money.

If you order no later than February 15th we reward you by offering the lowest price for construction and stand equipment. Orders received later are subject to a 30% surcharge on the price up until the moving-in date. If you order during the official moving-in period or the actual event, a 50% surcharge will apply.

The surcharge applies to all products priced in the catalogue Event Services 2012 - Our products and services. However, prices for plants, wireless Internet connection, parking permits, exhibition insurance and stand catering are not affected.

Increased moving in and moving out times

INSTRUCTIONS FOR EARLIER MOVING IN
To create the best possible working conditions for you as an exhibitor and the staff at Stockholmsmässan, it is important to follow these instructions and rules. Stockholmsmässan assumes no financial responsibility for costs incurred by any delays.

• All technical services inc. goods handling shall be ordered in advance, as they can not be ordered on-site during the earlier moving in period.
• Stockholmsmässan can not guarantee that any technical products and services are delivered during earlier moving in
• No material may be stored in the surrounding stands or in the aisles.
• No welding or cutting operations may be carried out in the halls without permission. Permission is given by the Security Manager.
• Please follow the instructions given by the guard personnel or responsible person of the halls regarding transportation and parking of vehicles.
• The opening hours of the halls are 7 am - 4 pm weekdays and holidays. Work carried out outside of official moving in/out hours will be charged a  fee of SEK 240/hour/stand.
• Children under the age of 16 are not allowed on the premises at any time during the moving in and moving out.

If the application is granted, the fee is SEK 1 160/stand/day. 

Work carried out outside of official moving in/out hours may be granted by Security Manager at Stockholmsmässan e-mail: security@stockholmsmassan.se, tel: +46 8 749 42 12 or fax: +46 8 99 66 36. Exhibitors will be charged a fee of SEK 240/hour/stand.
