Moving in of boats and large goods
About 3 weeks before moving in we will publish a schedule for moving in boats and other large goods will be published.

Times for all other exhibitors:
Moving in
Tuesday,          February 28,            7 AM - 8 PM
Wednesday,    February 29,            7 AM - 8 PM
Thursday,         March 1,                   7 AM - 4 PM. In your own stand until 10 pm.

NOTE! As from 4 PM on March 3 the hall carpets will be laid, and all goods movements that require a fork-lift truck must be finished. Work in your own stand is permitted until 10 PM.

Moving out
Sunday,          March 11,          6 PM - midnight
Monday,          March 12,          7 AM - 4 PM
Tuesday,        March 13,          7 AM - 4 PM  Only Hall Alpha

The work is limited to you own stand area until the carpets have been removed and goods/empty cartons have been driven in. After this you can drive your own vehicles into the fair area.

Work carried out outside of official moving in/out hours may be granted by Security Manager at Stockholmsmässan e-mail: security@stockholmsmassan.se, tel: +46 8 749 42 12 or fax: +46 8 99 66 36. Exhibitors will be charged an hourly fee of SEK 235.

Increased moving in and out times
Earlier moving in or longer moving out times may be granted in exceptional case.  Click here for more information and to get to the Application Form
